Returns Policy
eCobbler.com Customer Returns Policy
1. Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order and return goods, only the product costs will be refunded upon receipt of returned goods as eCobbler.com do not refund postage cost.
2. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used or damaged, and are returned in their original new condition. In the case of items in sealed packages, opended and or damges packages cannot be returned and are regarded as used.
3. Postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
4. Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, eCobbler.com will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery or any courier service.
PLEASE NOTE: It is very important that you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office. If the item is lost in the post you will need this to make a claim. The certificate is issued free of charge by the Post Office. eCobbler.com will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in the return post.
4. Any returned items must be received within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Any goods returned more than 28 days after purchase, whether faulty or not, will not be refunded or replaced and the returned goods will be disposed of.
5. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, eCobbler.com will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, eCobbler.com will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
6. Orders returned to eCobbler.com marked 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail or our courier, the customer on all occasions will be required to fund the re-posting of the item.
7. eCobbler.com will refund postage costs for damaged, faulty or incorrectly posted items. For all other returns the customer must return items at their own exspense
8. The completion of a purchase from Queensbury Village Cobbler will be regarded acceptance of these terms.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. eCobbler.com only sell 100% genuine products. We do not sell any copies or fakes.
2. All prices are clearly marked and will not be changed after a sale is completed.
3. All prices are in UK Pounds sterling and include VAT.
4 All photos are of the product to be purchased, but in some cases photos may be for illustration. Always check description for the exact colour and discription of item being purchased .
5. In cases where engraving is need. It is up to the customer to ensure that correct spelling and wording is sent with purchase.
6. All complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days, although we try to acknowledge all complaints immediately. The customer will be informed of all progress.
7. According to the Data Protection Act 1988 eCobbler.com will not supply any of your details to a third party and all customer details are not retained after sale.
8. Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of Credit/Debit card details and full address details. eCobbler.com reserves the right to cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.
9. eCobbler.com reserves the right to deliver certain orders to the Invoice Address only. Delivery to a different address will require a detailed email authorising such action.
10. If eCobbler.com has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered , we will notify you as soon as possible, with the expected time for delivery or offer a refund. eCobbler.com will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
11. Orders returned 'Not Called For' by Royal Mail, Customers will be required to fund re-posting of order.
12. Orders not received will not be deemed 'missing' until 15 working days have passed, therefore no resend or refund will be offered until after this period. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 28 working days.
13. If an order is not received you must notify eCobbler.com in writing or by email within 30 days of dispatch as no claim can be made after this time.
14. eCobbler.com shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
15. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, eCobbler.com will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage. If the customer requires a fast replacement, eCobbler.com will recharge the customer, send the correct item and on receipt of the returned incorrect item, refund the customer for the cost of their 2nd order and for their return postage.
16. eCobbler.com will make every effort to Post orders placed and paid for before 2 pm the same day. Order placed and paid for after 2 pm will be posted the next day.
17. No orders will be posted on Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays.
18. Annual Holidays will be published on the website. Orders will be accepted during such Holidays, but orders will not be Posted until the return to work day after the holiday.
19. None of the above effects your statutory rights.
20. Customers must be over 18 years of age to purchase items from eCobbler.com Proof of age will be required for legally restricted items, where it is not clear that the person is over 18.
