The sizes shown are for the width of the heels
and all heels are approx the same size in length as the width

If you require longer length heels please XL heels

When ordering please order the size nearest the size of your heel
but never under the size of your heel
The heels are 6mm thick
They are made of resin rubber
They can be glued and/or nailed on
They come with instruction for use
These heels are not supplied with glue
Glue is not included please select if required
