These Soles are made of resin rubber
They are Stick on Soles with an excellent Grip
and very easy to trim with a sharpe knife
very good wearing with a good grip pattern
INSTRUCTION sheet is provide with each purchase
Glue is not provided, but is listed separately.
If you are buying glue locally you will
need a polyurethane based glue if applying to plastic shoes
or a Neopreme glue if sticking to leather or rubber
or you can purchase my glue listed which cover most materials
