need a polyurethane based glue.
All Heels are sold in pairs
Each purchase is for 1 pair
They come in different sizes

from 2 3/4 inch wide to 4 inch wide
The Heels are 6.5mm thick

The length of the heels is approx the same as width
They are made of resin rubber
Always make sure of the length as the sides can be trimmed
INSTRUCTION sheet is provide with each purchase
